We are located 65km (55 minute drive) from La Rochelle airport.

Coivert is a small rural hamlet set amongst fields of sunflowers and corn in the Charente-Maritime department (Poitou-Charentes region) in the south-west of France, which boasts one of the highest annual hours of sunshine.

The communes of Loulay and Aulnay are 8 and 10 minutes away respectively, both with lovely bakeries and markets with fresh local produce.

We are a 3 minute drive (or a scenic bike ride) to Dampierre-sur-Boutonne where you will find the most beautiful Château and gardens.

Coivert is 19km (20 minutes) from the historical town of Saint Jean d’Angely, which has great restaurants, cafés, bars, fresh food markets, as well as supermarket/hypermarket shopping.
